Guaranteed Rate Deadline: Friday, February 1, 2013

To Make Your Hotel Arrangements
To receive the negotiated group rate, you must make your reservations through the APhA Housing Office. Make your reservations early to ensure space at the hotel of your choice. The deadline for guaranteed rates was Friday, February 1. Rates shown do not include the occupancy tax (which varies for each hotel but will not exceed 16% and is subject to change). Parking fees and fitness center charges are also subject to change. Faxed Housing Forms will be accepted when payment is made by a valid credit card.

Room Deposit Policy
All reservation requests for rooms and suites require a one night's lodging plus tax per room deposit (varies by hotel). Reservations cannot be processed without a deposit.

Your credit card will be charged the deposit amount immediately. The deposit will appear on the hotel room account at check-in.

Payment may be made by a major credit card or check drawn on a U.S. bank made payable to the APhA Housing Office. American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are acceptable for deposits. Credit card charges may not be charged to another card after the initial charge has been processed. Note that all reservations are guaranteed for late arrival. Purchase orders cannot be accepted for deposits.

Cancellations and Changes
All cancellations, date and name changes must be made in writing through the APhA Housing Office and were to be received by February 1. After February 1, the APhA Housing Office will continue to process reservations and changes subject to hotel availability.

Failure to check-in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in the loss of one night's room and tax and cancellation of room. A fee may be assessed for early departures.

Shuttle Service
Shuttle service will operate in a continuous loop between most hotels and the Convention Center (Hall G) during official APhA2013 activities. See shuttle map on page 3 for details.

Options Travel is the official travel agency for APhA2013. Options Travel has negotiated rates with all of the major airlines and car rental companies. Discounts up to 15%! The best discounts are available when booking at least 60 days prior to travel. Please call Options Travel at 800-578-2173 between 8:30 am-5:00 pm (ET) Monday-Friday.
