The first Federal Pharmacy meeting of the year and one you won't want to miss!

The APhA Federal Forum, held at the Sheraton Seattle, begins with a reception on Thursday, March 24 and continues on Friday, March 25. The Forum will offer a wide array of professional development and education opportunities for federal pharmacists and technicians. Additionally, a Breakfast Product theater (note CPE is not offered), is planned for Friday morning.

You must register for the Federal Pharmacy Forum. There is no extra fee to attend if you are also attending APhA2011; by registering you simply confirm your participation at the Federal Forum. Registration opens October 15.

APhA2011, held in conjunction with the Federal Forum, is the premier meeting event for pharmacists, technicians, and new practitioners alike, with the opportunity to earn more than 20 continuing pharmacy education credits and choose from 80 educational workshops.

Continuing Pharmacy Education

ACPE logoAPhA is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education (CPE).

Courses appropriate for pharmacist participation will be designated by an ACPE universal activity number ending in the letter "P." Courses appropriate for pharmacy technician participation will be designated by an ACPE universal activity number ending in the letter "T."

The Federal Forum offers up to 4 hours (.4 CEUs) of CPE credit. All CPE participation will be recorded online for APhA2011. You may record your CPE in the Cyber Cafe during the meeting or online at the meeting Web site after the seminar. You can print your CPE Statement of Credit directly from your computer for your records.
